PETALING JAYA: Poverty is a beast that lurks in the shadows of every city. Its face is mostly hidden somewhere on the the city's periphery where it can be forgotten with ease. In Selangor, that beast lives in the Putra Damai flats in the vicinity of Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
