KUALA LUMPUR: An Umno leader has claimed that MCA Cheras division only
assists the public before and during election periods, and not at any
other time.
Umno Cheras division chief Syed Ali Alhabshee claimed that MCA Cheras
"works only when election time comes, otherwise you can't see them".
