Father and Sons Records and Tapes has been doing great things for electronic music throughout 2015. Keeping with tradition, the Polish collective are preparing a compilation to round off their year of successes suitably. Set to drop next month via Requiem Records, eleven gleaming electronic fruits are brought forth from members of FASRAT's family tree including Naphta, Das Komplex, label boss Maciek Sienkiewicz and – one Poznan local whose name has erupted (rightfully so) as of late, Selvy.
His laid back joint for FASRAT comes up trump(et)s on our cards. Soaked in indulgent reverbed hi-hats, its cheeky and mellow nature chimes in tune with recently Debuted sounds emanating from Distant Hawaii and Smallville camps. One to undoubtedly watch in the coming months.
