Syrian talks in Vienna and Turkey's bruising campaign (part 1)

John Kerry, Sergei Lavrov and Mohammad Javad Zarif are back in Vienna where they signed an historic nuclear deal back in July. This time, they’re discussing the situation in Syria, and the Iranians invited Syria to the talks. In Turkey, in the midst of a political campaign and a crackdown on media outlets, the interior ministry put out a "most wanted terrorist" list but only two are IS group militants. Instead are the names of PKK members and the US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen.
