A West Virginia man believed to be suffering from mental illness caused alarm on Tuesday after asking to sing Justin Bieber songs to school children at two separate places.
The first incident happened at Dunbar Middle School before 9 a.m. when D'laontie Lewis asked to use the intercom to sing to the students, even identifying himself as Bieber.
