سُورة النَّبَا
سورت : مکي ترتيب تلاوت : 78 ترتيب نزولي : 80 رکوع : 2 آيات : 40 پارہ نمبر : 30
اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
1. یہ لوگ آپس میں کس (چیز) سے متعلق سوال کرتے ہیںo
1. What is (it) they are questioning about one another?
2. (کیا) اس عظیم خبر سے متعلق (پوچھ گچھ کر رہے ہیں)o
2. (Are they asking) of the Great News,
3. جس کے بارے میں وہ اختلاف کرتے ہیںo
3. About which they differ?
4. ہرگز (وہ خبر لائقِ انکار) نہیں! وہ عنقریب (اس حقیقت کو) جان جائیں گےo
4. (That News is) not at all (deniable). They will soon know (that reality).
5. (ہم) پھر (کہتے ہیں: اختلاف و انکار) ہرگز (درست) نہیں! وہ عنقریب جان جائیں گےo
5. (We) once more (assert: Dissent and denial are) in no way (right). They will come to know soon.
6. کیا ہم نے زمین کو (زندگی کے) قیام اور کسب و عمل کی جگہ نہیں بنایاo
6. Have We not made the earth a place to stay for (life) and to earn living and deeds?
7. اور (کیا) پہاڑوں کو (اس میں) ابھار کر کھڑا (نہیں) کیاo
7. And (have We not) erected mountains raised (out of it)?
8. اور (غور کرو) ہم نے تمہیں (فروغِ نسل کے لئے) جوڑا جوڑا پیدا فرمایا (ہے)o
8. And (ponder:) We (have) created you in pairs (for reproduction).
9. اور ہم نے تمہاری نیند کو (جسمانی) راحت (کا سبب) بنایا (ہے)o
9. And We (have) made your sleep (a means of bodily) rest,
10. اور ہم نے رات کو (اس کی تاریکی کے باعث) پردہ پوش بنایا (ہے)o
10. And We (have) made the night a covering (by virtue of its darkness).
11. اور ہم نے دن کو (کسبِ) معاش (کا وقت) بنایا (ہے)o
11. And We (have) made the day (a time) for (earning) livelihood.
12. اور (اب خلائی کائنات میں بھی غور کرو) ہم نے تمہارے اوپر سات مضبوط (طبقات) بنائےo
12. And (now study the spatial universe as well). We built above you seven strong (firmaments).
13. اور ہم نے (سورج کو) روشنی اور حرارت کا (زبردست) منبع بنایاo
13. And We made (the sun a massive) fountainhead of light and heat.
14. اور ہم نے بھرے بادلوں سے موسلادھار پانی برسایاo
14. And We poured water in torrents from rain-laden clouds,
15. تاکہ ہم اس (بارش) کے ذریعے (زمین سے) اناج اور سبزہ نکالیںo
15. So that by means of this (downpour), We bring forth (from the earth) grain and vegetation,
16. اور گھنے گھنے باغات (اگائیں)o
16. And (grow) thick gardens.
17. (ہماری قدرت کی ان نشانیوں کو دیکھ کر جان لو کہ) بیشک فیصلہ کا دن (قیامت بھی) ایک مقررہ وقت ہےo
17. (Observing these signs of Our Might, know that) the Day of Judgment (i.e., Resurrection too) is certainly a fixed time.
18. جس دن صور پھونکا جائے گا تو تم گروہ در گروہ (اﷲ کے حضور) چلے آؤ گےo
18. The Day when the Trumpet will be blown, you will flock (in the holy presence of Allah) in droves.
19. اور آسمان (کے طبقات) پھاڑ دیئے جائیں گے تو (پھٹنے کے باعث گویا) وہ دروازے ہی دروازے ہو جائیں گےo
19. And the (layers of) heaven will be torn, and (owing to the rip) they will become (as if) all doors.
20. اور پہاڑ (غبار بنا کر فضا میں) اڑا دیئے جائیں گے، سو وہ سراب (کی طرح کالعدم) ہو جائیں گےo
20. And the mountains (after being reduced to dust) will be blown off (into the atmosph

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
