A campaign has been launched by the LGBT community and other supporters to get the 12-week, assault-related sentence for 26-year-old U.K. transgender woman Tara Hudson changed from an all-male facility to a women’s prison for safety reasons.

On Friday, 26-year-old Tara Hudson of Bath submitted a guilty plea to assault charges stemming from an incident which happened on Boxing Day last year.
