Vegan PUMPKIN Alfredo (My Dancing Kitchen)

YUM right!?! Recipe and links to Kathy's stuff is below!

RECIPE:
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup soaked raw cashews, drained
1-2 tsp raw ginger, grated
6-8oz veggie broth
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
A few pinches cayenne
1 tsp white miso paste (adds saltiness)
2-3 tsp maple syrup, grade b preferred
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste (at least 1/2 tsp salt - if you are omitting miso paste you will need more salt)
1 lb pasta
Garnish: Rosemary
