Harminder Singh Gill has come out to say that he saw Jagtar Singh Jachak question Bhagwant Mann about being drunk.
Unfortunately, S. Bhagwant Mann is embroiled in a controversy of having consumed alcohol when he was to attend Bhog.

S.Harminder Singh Gill, General Secretary PPCC, was also present there and was witness to the whole episode.

He exposes & gives an open challenge to S. Mann on whether he was drunk or not.
