An awesome video has emerged from the US of a girl's El Nino costume - a cloud complete with its own lightning effects and "real rain".
The costume was a joint project between Zoey and her dad, and included 98 LED lights for the lightning effects, plus a switch in her hand and a pump that sucked water from a water bottle in her backpack for the rain.
