How is a divided Europe going to find answers to the migrant crisis? Yesterday a number of new measures were agreed that go some way to appeasing the concerns of central Europe in particular, but with record numbers of migrants continuing to stream in, we ask whether Europe will manage to find the strength and unity it needs to tackle the crisis.
