Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are a step close to finalizing their divorce after signing off on an agreement to split their assets and share custody of their three children.
The stars who filed for divorce in August, will get joint custody of their sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, but the Bush frontman will look after the youngsters for the majority of the time due to Gwen's busy schedule.
It was also reported that the pair had no prenuptial agreement in place, but they have reached a deal on the division of their assets, and the judge presiding over the case will finalize the divorce by the end of the year.
The No Doubt star cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition, which came after 13 years of marriage to the British rocker.
