Haitian voters went to the polls yesterday to select a new president and for second round elections to renew 2/3 of the Senate and the entire Chamber of Deputies. Despite major concerns over violence, the vote was relatively peaceful although complaints were aired by many citizens whose names did not appear in the voter registration lists.
