Syrian Soldiers Cheer Assad’s Moscow Visit

Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the West of playing a “double game” with terrorist groups in Syria, where both the U.S.-led coalition and Russia are conducting bombing campaigns. The Russian Defense Ministry said that its planes have conducted 53 sorties and struck 72 targets in Syria in the last 24 hours. The bombings came after Syrian President Assad’s visit to Moscow on Tuesday.
