Mexico: 8 Arrested for Aiding Guzman's Escape

Mexican authorities arrested eight persons who aided the escape of the world's top drug lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, from a high security prison in July. The accomplices include Guzman's brother-in-law and lawyer and a pilot, but no high level officials. Federal Attorney General Arely Gomez vowed that efforts to capture Guzman would continue.
