Was This Golden Tate Play An Interception or a Touchdown Catch?

On Sunday, Golden Tate lost control of the ball after making a catch in the end zone. It fell into the hands of the Chicago Bears for what absolutely looked like an interception. The play was originally called an interception, but was reversed and ruled a touchdown after review.
