New Patent Suggests Galaxy S7 Could Feature 3D Touch

Samsung Galaxy S7 has been rumored for quite some time now.
Samsung has announced their flagship phablets back in August, and we’ve been seeing Galaxy S7 rumors popping up for weeks now.
the Galaxy S7 is expected to arrive in February or March, so it might be too soon for rumors, but that doesn’t stop them from coming.
Samsung has submitted a patent called ‘Touch Input Apparatus and Eletronic Device Having Thereof’ back in April 2014.
This is basically a ‘Force Touch’ or ‘3D Touch’ tech, whatever you want to call it.
It basically does the same thing, it lets the display differentiate how strong you push down on it in order to do a certain action in collaboration with the installed software.
The patent description also says that Samsung wants to use this tech in order to make one key perform different functions.
This essentially means that this Korea-based tech giant want to use a tap on the display as one function, and strong tap as another.
