Waterspout Over Lake Superior

A rare video has emerged from the United States of a waterspout over Lake Superior.
The clip, which was captured on Thursday in Marquette, Michigan, shows the huge spout swirling several hundred metres from the shore of the lake.
"I talked to many residents, none of whom have ever seen a water spout over Lake Superior before," the filmer wrote online.
A waterspout is an intense columnar vortex which appears over a body of water. They usually appear as a funnel-shaped cloud.
