Newborn baby still attached to umbilical cord rescued from bin bag on road

video shows a group of men and women crowding round the baby – which looks still and unmoving.
A woman sporting red plastic gloves carefully breaks apart the bag to free the tiny human life.
As she frees the baby's legs it kicks them out and it is apparent the umbilical cord and placenta are still attached.
The good samaritan then carefully lifts the baby out of its plastic home and places it into a piece of cloth laid on the floor by another woman.
She also tucks the placenta back into the bin bag.
As the baby is lifted into the fabric it spreads out its tiny arms – as though it knows it is being rescued.
It is not known where exactly the footage was taken but the Live Leak user who first uploaded the footage believed it to be somewhere in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, a mum was subject to outrage earlier this week when she appeared to post a photo of her young baby with tape binding his arms and mouth.
