"A healthy mind stays in a healthy body! If your bulgy stomach has become a matter of concern this festive and wedding season, panic no more as I am here again to get things sorted for you!! If you're dreaded to hit the gym, take on to fun while exercising and switch to Zumba. With lots of Salsa Music all around and fast aerobic exercises, you will feel an urge to work out, resulting to a fabulous you!

Here are a few certain tips to stay healthy and have a flat tummy:
1. Take on Zumba classes 3 days a week

2. Do cardio in gym for 30 mins

3. Abs workout for 15 - 20 mins

4. Cut on junk food

5. Include fresh fruits and healthy fruit juices in your diet

6. Avoid added sugar drinks

With just a little innovation in your routine, you can enjoy an energetic and zealful life!
