The UN mission charged with mediating the border dispute between Venezuela and Guyana arrived in Caracas. The mission will hear Venezuela's claim to the disputed oil-rich Essequibo region where Exxon Mobile has been drilling for crude. The dispute led the two countries to recall their ambassadors but in the recent UN General Assembly meeting the heads of both nations agreed to reinstate the ambassadors and pursue a diplomatic solution to the conflict. teleSUR
