Facebook often boasts of huge successes, but when it's tax time in the UK, they apparently shift the focus to their losses.


In 2014, the company’s UK operations paid only about $6,600 in corporate tax. 
That amount is less than what an average UK worker, with an annual salary of roughly $40,000, paid in income tax and contributions to national insurance. 

Facebook UK’s Companies House filing for 2014 showed losses of about $43 million.
