New Court Documents Reveal Bobbi Kristina Brown Was ‘Injected’ With a ‘Toxic Substance’
  • 9 years ago
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the late daughter of Whitney Houston, died as a result of an injection with a “toxic mixture,” allegedly made by her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, new court documents reveal. “The new allegations are made in response to Nick Gordon’s motion to stay discovery proceedings in the civil lawsuit filed by Brown’s conservator. Discovery is the legal procedures used to gather evidence for a lawsuit.”
The documents were released as part of the ongoing $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon. The lawsuit files also outline the alleged abuse Brown suffered prior to her death. The new documents surfaced following the Fulton County District Attorney’s office filing a motion to seal Brown’s autopsy file, fearing harm to witnesses and a potential flight risk by the case’s defendants.
