Bizarre footage of a burnt-out Cape Town metro train being pulled along tracks in the Muizenberg suburb on Thursday night.
The train was reportedly set ablaze while in a station, gutting three carriages, earlier in the day. Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of arson.
