The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented new Russian airstrikes in Syria. This was confirmed by the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who said that four Russian warships in the Caspian Sea targeted IS sites in Syria, firing 26 missiles that destroyed 11 sites.
