Under 5 Minutes Hardcore Workout Challenge

This challenge was inspired by the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF) regulations for their online strength competition. In under 5 minutes, do 3 muscle ups, 40 jump squats, 15 pull ups, 30 dips, 10 chin-ups, and 20 push-ups. Good luck!
