US gun control laws far from bulletproof

In the US, mass shootings have become "routine". That was the term used by President Obama after the latest deadly shooting, on a university campus in Oregon. The White House acknowledges there is no political will to change existing laws. But survivors of gun attacks and victims' relatives are not giving up and are insisting on more background checks. Philip Crowther and Gallagher Fenwick report on their uphill battle.
