Brazil’s President Dilma Rousseff has announced that she will cut 10 ministries out of the current 59 to reduce spending. The day before, she had announced the reshuffling of her cabinet. Brazil is in the midst of one of its worst recessions in decades, and experts expect the economy to shrink by 2.8% this year as inflation rises 9.46%.
