Cultura Latina – Public Art and Doll Collections

Follow the music, admire the art, place yourself inside historic architecture, in Telesur's "Cultura Latina". In this week's program, host Mauricio Izquierdo takes us first to Bolivia where a group of sculptors are turning garbage into beautiful works of public art. Around 30 artists are turning unwanted junk and scrap metal into incredible sculptures. Then it’s back to Quito where a family business, in one of its collections, seeks to highlight Ecuador’s indigenous identity and diversity of cultures in the dresses of colorful dolls that represent the country’s multiple nationalities. teleSUR
