Mexico: Arrest Warrant Issued for El Chapo's Extradition to the U.S.

A federal judge in Mexico has issued a new arrest warrant for Sinaloa cartel kingpin Joaquin El Chapo Guzman to extradite the escaped drug lord to the United States. On previous occasions Guzman's lawyers have successfully blocked extradition attempts. The Federal Attorney General's Office reported that 13 suspected drug lords have been extradited to face charges in the United States, including the notorious and brutal Edgar Valdez, also known as El Barbie. teleSUR
