Ecuador: Latam Left Conference Concludes

The three day Latin American Progressive Conference concluded in Quito. In addition to delegates from across Latin America, participants also hailed from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Delegates discussed a range of international and regional political issues, particularly the defense of popular and democratic governments in Latin America against imperialism and right-wing opposition attacks and the importance of unity in such efforts.
