C-3PO is fluent in over 6 million forms of communication - probably not including emoji, but you can't win 'em all - so needless to say, the droid isn't lacking intelligence. Combine that with his shiny gold exterior and you have the makings of not only a smart but dare I say fabulous Halloween costume!
