A bizarre video has emerged from Russia of a car with cardboard cutouts of Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin attached to its rear windscreen wipers.

The car was spotted Saturday in Engels near Saratov, with video showing the Putin figure moving its arm as the wiper moved while a disparaging caricature of Obama sits next to it.

The two presidents are due to meet today (Monday) at the UN General Assembly in NY, US.
