How to Make Crepes with Port Wine Cherries

Crepes with "drunken" cherries are a perfect dessert option. The sour-sweet taste of cherries with port wine and thin crepes is perfect even for people who don’t have a sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
3 pancakes
400 g Frozen Cherries
200 ml Port Wine
4 tbsp. Sugar
2 Cinnamon Sticks
20 g Vanilla Sugar

Preparation:
Mix cherries with port wine, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Put the saucepan over medium heat, evaporate the liquid by half.
Fold the pancakes in “pockets” and put on a plate.
Put the cherries into the pancake pockets and fill with syrup.
