GALAXY S5 LOLLIPOP 5.1.1 WORST UPDATE

This 5.1.1 update came with a lot of problems, this window (quick connect ), just pop up, and didn't want to close, I don't use that app, in this clip I also show the device info for documentation, I also did change the wallpaper, making sure of the problem. My carrier refuse to help me (update was thru carrier network), so after 20+ calls to customer service and a email to the company CEO, and still refusing to help me, I was left to start a legal Action in Court. Had the opportunity to document this problem with a coworkers phone, is to many problems, another is the emotions while texting, once in awhile stop responding.
