The details of the next-generation Ford Figo hatchback have been revealed. The car looks almost the same as the Figo sedan with trapezoid grille, swept back headlights and power lines on the bonnet. In the rear opening is quite narrow with widely designed taillights on both sides. Overall, the design of the new Figo retains the sporty feel if the sedan.

On the inside too the hatchback has the same design as the sedan, but the only difference is the full back theme with silver inserts at places. Gadgetry on the inside includes SYNC music system, electric folding ORVMs, climate control etc. As far as safety is concerned, the new Figo hatch would come with six airbags, hill assist, ESP and a perimeter alarm system. The six airbag feature will probably be offered in only the top spec variants.

Powertrain of the new Figo will be 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.5-liter petrol engine.
