Focus on the Fed: Is it time for an interest rate hike?

Will they or won't they? America's central bank will decide later whether or not to raise interest rates for the first time since 2006. As the US economy has picked up, a rate rise is thought to be more likely than ever. It's a move that's worrying some banks though - as many of their staff are too young to have experienced an interest rate hike.
