RS Thanendran: Opposition states should have Indian deputy M

Hindraf's national coordinator repeats the call for an Indian to be appointed deputy MB / chief minister in the opposition states. The reason for this call is the fear that the failures of the previous BN state regimes to pay attention to the marginalised people will be repeated by the newly elected state governments.
