Almost 190 voters already casted their votes by 11.30am in SRJK (C) Guong Ming. According to See Chee How, the DAP candidate came and greeted all the party workers at 11.00 am.
Meanwhile, Tian Chua who came to meet the voters said the it will be a historic moment happening later today.
