Zaid Ibrahim's entrance into the PKR, following his resignation from the cabinet for opposing the abuse of the Internal Security Act had been greeted with much fanfare.
About one and a half year on, the self-professed man of principles departure from the PKR has garnered just as much public attention.
The man of the hour this morning spent 45 minutes fielding questions from a packed room of reporters, after announcing that his resignation will be effective as of Dec 16.
