When school let out and the homework was done, kids used to head outside for some backyard football. And Atari pays homage to that era with Backyard Football. A simple side-scrolling football game, Backyard Football is like a slower, kid-focused version of Tecmo Bowl. Players pick up teams by choosing from backyard players and a selection of real NFL players! From there, it’s off to the yard. You can play exhibition or season games, and you can customize your playbook and lineups however you’d like. Backyard Football offers single-player and local multiplayer play on the Game Boy Advance.
