Former Honduran president and current opposition leader Manuel Zelaya has filed charges against President Juan Orlando Hernandez for introducing arbitrary changes to the constitution to enable his reelection. Zelaya was deposed in a 2009 coup the pretext for which was a planned plebiscite that would allow for reelection. The new constitutional changes, however, were not voted on in a referendum, but by congress and the Supreme Court. Gerardo Torres reports from Tegucigalpa. teleSUR
