FRENCH PAPERS - Mon. 07.09.15: French papers speculate on the issues French President François Hollande will touch upon in the sixth bi-annual press conference of his term that will be held on Monday. The leader is expected to announce whether a French intervention against the Islamic State group in Syria is on the cards as well as give more details on the recently struck Franco-German agreement on an EU response to the migrant crisis.
