Poland holds referendum over voting system, party funding

Poland votes this Sunday (Sept. 6) on whether to introduce British-style single-seat constituencies in elections for the lower house of parliament.
The referendum also asks voters if they want to end public funding for political parties, and whether disputes over tax law should generally be resolved in favor of taxpayers
