The Best Kajal To Create A Smokey Eye | Beauty Binge With Monica

You guys are always asking us how to create the slept-in kohl look, and using the Revlon Eyeliner Pencil is the easiest way to ace it! All you really need to do is wear it as an eyeliner, and then lightly blend it with your fingertips. It is a wooden pencil, so makes it really easy to sharpen, and also it is extremely affordable(Rs.295)! It comes in 4 colours, with some metallic shades too. So, its a fun thing to add to your makeup kit.
I avoid using Kajal in my waterline because I have watery eyes.But, if you are looking for a Kajal to line your waterline, I would suggest you get another formulation probably, one that is waterproof so it stays in place, the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner Pencil is great for that(but you would not be able to blend it, so only go for this one if you need to line your waterline).
