Mercedes is on a roll! In order to fulfill its’15 in 15’ goal for this year the company is firing one car after another in the Indian market. This time it was the turn of the C63 S AMG which was launched at a starting price of Rs.1.30 crore.
The performance oriented and sporty looking C53 S AMG has the quintessential Mercedes-Benz treatment written all over it. Design of the C63S AMG has influenced by the C-Class sedan. 19-inch wheels and contrasting colored capillers completes the Mercedes feel in the car. Interior of the car gets the AMG treatment with things like chrome garnish, leather wrapper steering wheel and contrasting coloured leather sports seats.
The car is powered by a 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine that gives it an unbelievable 510bhp in terms of power. The engine is mated to a 7-speed transmission and has the AMG ride Control sport suspension as standard feature. It takes just four seconds for it to go from 0-100kmph and has a top speed of 250kmph.
