Sometimes words are not enough to describe the beauty and majesty of one of the most elegant creatures of the ocean, the orca, or killer whale. Mikhail Korostelev shot breathtaking footage of a pod of Orcas breaking the surface of the ocean with their fins. The orcas were filmed in June as part of the the Far East Russia Orca project in Avachinsky Bay, just off Russia’s far eastern Kamchatka Peninsula as part of a project investigating the behaviour of Orcas and other marine life under the auspices of the Kamchatka Institute of Ecology and Nature.
