Colombia: Campesinos Say Gov't Fails to Meet Development Commitments

Colombia's campesino organizations are mobilizing in the streets of Bogota to demand government compliance with its rural development commitments. The angry peasant farmers charge that 99% of government promises dating from 2013 remain unfulfilled. The countryside is in crisis, with a poverty rate of 45% and massive migration to the cities.
