Guatemala; Despite President's Legal Maneuvers, Trial Expected

Guatemala's Constitutional Court will rule today on two legal defense appeals presented by President Otto Perez Molina. If the appeals are successful, which observers feel is unlikely, Perez's Molina immunity, which was lifted yesterday, would be restored. The most likely variant, however, is that the embattled president will face trial as a common citizen on corruption charges. Attention is now shifting to Sunday's upcoming elections. Jorge Gestoso reports from Guatemala City. teleSUR
