Lebanese protesters storm Ministry of Environment building, call on minister to resign

Riot police have been dispersing Lebanese protesters who gathered in central Beirut chanting anti-government slogans. The move took place after they stormed the Ministry of Environment demanding the resignation of its chief. The initially peaceful sit-in briefly turned violent when police forces started to throw the protesters out of the ministry.
